I saw this review and was intrigued as I wrote it! James accidently wrote down the wrong version number in his review as 1.20, the actual "current" version is 1.18b. Since the last version, a few new DA's have been added to the package, as well as some new features to DBLP.
New features include the ability to assign the "default" application to any of the four PIM buttons, ability to have DBLP launch after a configurable long key press (then you can have a button assigned to an app for a short keypress, too!), change the font for the DBLP launcher, disable the default "scroll" mode, so that the launcher stays on the screen until an application is chosen, and much more! Oh yeah, it also now supports the DIA on devices like the TX that have a 320 x 480 screen!
